This is a fun badge that my Brownies have always enjoyed. As a leader, I appreciate the fact that it doesn’t require a lot of advance prep work. Given that this is a shadow-based badge it may work better to do this during the winter months especially if you live in the south like I do.
60 Minutes to Earn the Daisy Health and Food Knowledge Patch
This Health and Food Knowledge patch generally takes about an hour to complete including snack. This patch does not require a lot of preparation, and with the exception of the jump ropes and yoga mats, you most likely have the art supplies on hand.
